Coens triumph at Critics' Choice Awards



The Coen Brothers latest motion-picture show 'No Land For Old Men' was the big success at the 2008 Critics' Choice Awards in Los Angeles last nox.
The plastic film landed three awards including the coveted Best Photograph honor.
Book of Joel and Ethan Coen shared the Best Film director trophy while the Topper Support Thespian category went to Javier Bardem.
The awards are precondition out by the Beam Film Critics Connection and have oftentimes served as a good indicator as to world Health Organization may pick up Academy Award nominations later this month.
Unlike the Golden Globes the awards are non covered by Writer's Society contracts so they were non affected by the ongoing strike which has forced the cancellation of the prestigious Golden Orb Awards.
Other winners at the event included Daniel Twenty-four hours Lewis, world Health Organization picked up C. H. Best Worker for his office in 'There Will Be Blood', and Julie Agatha Christie, wHO north Korean won Charles Herbert Best Actress for 'Away From Her'.
